If we got a number wrong, we want to know. Corrections make verdicts better — and they go into the published record with a note.

Spec corrections. If you have documentation showing a number on this site is wrong — a published flow rate, a certified gallonage figure, an NSF certification scope — send the source. We will verify, correct, and note the correction in the article. Getting it right matters more than being right.
Systems we have not reviewed. If there is a whole-house filter you would like us to evaluate, we track requests and prioritize based on reader interest and data availability. If the manufacturer publishes enough spec data to score all five checkpoints, it goes on the evaluation list.
Real-world experience. Installers, plumbers, and long-term owners often know things about a system that do not appear in spec sheets — failure patterns, flow performance under real conditions, parts availability years after purchase. That kind of information improves verdicts. We read it carefully.
What we do not respond to:paid placement requests, “link exchange” proposals, and requests to change scores or suppress reviews. Those get a polite no and no further response.
